K.L. Steven Company is highly qualified in the area of machined aircraft
and missile system parts. K.L. Steven is proud to be a Vendor Release Supplier
to General Electric Aircraft Engines (GEAE). Our Quality Control department has
two Designated Supplier Quality Representatives trained and certified by GEAE.
Because of this, our quality department releases parts from our plant directly
to GEAE assembly, with no inspection on the receiving end (other than statistical
sample audits.)
Our company has built a reputation for unquestioned quality and
integrity over our 52 years of service to the aircraft and aerospace industry.
We are a closely held corporation in second generation of family ownership. Each

| Jet Engine Parts |

Shown here are alternator rotors for aircraft
and helicopter jet engines. They are made of A-286, 347 SS, 321 SS, Inconel, and
17-4 PH hardened to 47 Rockwell. Several parts show splines, which we produced
in-house on our Fellows gear shapers. The splines in these parts have a 32 micro
finish and are deburred to produce a uniform .005-.010 radius on all edges. The
external spline, which passes through two slots, was threadmilled in-house, after
heat treat, in order to facilitate deburring
